I love this thing, it's so quiet and I have been using it a LOT, but about three or four weeks into it, a scraping sound developed. I could not open it up to find the source, but since it was within the 30 day return period, I sent it back and got a replacement. I hope the new one is problem free, because I really enjoyed it until the scraping sound started. So, five stars, with one deducted for the scraping sound, and hope that the new one doesn't have the same issue. It's sturdily built and easy to use with a standing desk.

This item is said to be appropriate for use in an office setting but it is so noisy that it sounds like you're at the train station so it makes it difficult to work out to this level of noise...after I applied lubricant to the moving parts the noise is less but it is still bothersome.. the other issue is that it is quite bulky so if you have limited space you have to move it afterwards and it doesnt have a handle so it is difficult to move

Overall I was pleased with the size, ease of assembly and sitting function of this device. However, I specifically purchased it for standing and use as an elliptical exercise. It is very difficult to maintain balance in the standing position and (although I am well under the weight maximum) the track wheels have created a rut in the track after only several uses.

This is the perfect solution I was hoping for - an easy, affordable was to get exercise (legs, hips, core) like I would if I could walk around the block. Foot surgery has made walking difficult and painful but this gives me the exercise my body needs to keep my muscles and joints working. I only use this machine sitting down. The only complaint is that my toes are pointing down while working the machine and it would be more comfortable if the front end was higher for a more natural leg to foot angle could be used. I've had to build my chair up higher to accommodate.

I bought this product a few weeks ago and it works great! I love being able to move while sitting at my desk or even standing up. The only issues I have is that the front dial arrived smashed so I can't use it and the noise it makes is a little like a strong wind especially on a higher tension so I don't want to bring it to my office and instead have it at home for when I am working from home.
