The buttons are not working. The speakers are making a strange noise. You can see the screen.

I am very displeased with this product. First off when I pay 500. dollars for something I expect it to be new. This product has scratches and marks all over it must be a return. I would of liked that choice of brand new or a return yuk . Second it took forever for delivery. I should send it back

Do not buy this product!!! Cheap, cheap, cheap. The resistance function broke less than 1 month after. I bought it. Called the customer service line and the representative assured me it was the wire harness after my husband told me for sure it was the console. She sent me the wire harness, we installed it, still did not work. Called back after my husband checked it and after reading many other reviews and told the lady that it was either the console or the motor (but most likely the console) and requested her to send me both. She would only send the motor at first, just got it today, installed it and of course STILL not working. Now I have to waste more of my time tomorrow calling back and demanding a console. I haven't been able to exercise on this thing for 3 weeks now, extremely inconvenient. This machine is a piece of garbage, definitely not worth 500 dollars! Save your money and put it toward a more quality machine.

I will have to throw mind away after only one year or so. The console does not work at all, and I tried to get them to replace it or fix it. They would not replace it or fix it at all. I am very disappointed with them. The said I could get another on at 20% off. Not much when it console costs over $200.00. I paid over $500.00 for it. I could by another on at a cheaper price and get a better on in another brand. So un happy with these people.

Had item shipped due to weight. Most plastic parts were damaged. Contacted mfgr, and they did replace all damaged parts.
