Zantac Maximum Strength Cool Mint Ranitidine Tablets, 150 mg, 16 count

I love ZANTAC! I give the original recipe 11/10 stars! I do wonder however who the big brain at Zantac was who said "let's add a dash of mint so they can feel the minty cool burn" it's like a hangover burp the day after Kentucky Derby when you ask yourself "Did I reaaaaally need that last mint julip?"

The cool mint flavor is nauseating. It's so strong that the taste stays in your mouth for up to a couple minutes after swallowing the pill even if you place the pill all the way in the back of your throat. It works, but the cool mint flavor literally makes me want to throw up. I'm throwing away the entire bottle.

I tried the Cool Mint Flavor - not for me! I see others liked it. It gave me...HEARTBURN!! I actually had to take Pepcid to overcome it. I tried it three times - and just now dumped the rest of the bottle out. I am headed back to the original Zantac 150 product which works well for me!

I had used this product for years after suffering an ulcer. I have recently started to use it again but it is hard to find, especially in the bottles. I do not care for the individual packaging. I did not even know that it comes in sugar-free. I also prefer the mint coating which is even harder to find. I was recently forced to purchased a chain brand label. I have to admit the price was good, but I do not know if it works as good.

I have been buying this product for several years ..... when I need it, I take it....within 30 minutes I have complete relief! My doctor has told me this is a completely safe drug and I can take it as needed with no problems. I love this new cool mint taste! Thanks Zantac for a wonderful product!
