Tots in Mind - Portable Playard Tent Plus Cabana Kit

I bought this for our pack and play thinking that this would fit perfect and I would not need to worry about my cats jumping on my baby. This was easy enough to assemble, like putting up a tent, but once it was all together, I found out that my pack and play is too large with the changing table attached for it to fit properly. this is for a more square pack and play and the one that I have flares on the sides a bit. The clips to put in in place do not fit on the top support bars, so only velcro holds it to the pack and play funny enough around the base of the changer.

With an active 20+ month old son, we needed a way to still use the playpen to keep him secured when we need to leave the room. This has extended the use of the playpen greatly. Plus we can travel with it and the playpen and not have to worry about safety while away from home. Grandma has also bought one for her portable crib when he naps over there.

The tent didn't fit our pack n play perfectly, but we made it work. We got it to keep our 2 and 3 year olds out of the pack n play when our newborn is in it. Also to keep toys from falling in there. So far it works pretty well for that purpose. It is a little hard for one person to put together, but it's managable.

We bought this specifically for our pack-n-play because our 19 month old little houdini could get out of it. He isn't ready for naps on the go anywhere other than in the pack-n-play, still to young, but we couldn't keep him safely in it until getting this. We will never use the cabana add on that comes with it, si I would have prefered it come just as the tent part to hook to the pack-n-play to save a few bucks, but overall works great for us. We can still go to family and friends houses or take him to Grandmas at nap or bedtime without worrying about him not getting to sleep.

We could not keep our eighteen month old son in his crib or his play yard...he started crawling out of both when he was seventeen months old. The crib tent didn't fit our crib so I tried this and it has been perfect!!!! It fits very secure and was very easy to put together. He has not been able to undo any of it, matter of fact he seems very comfortable!
