I didn't receive this item in my pick up order and i still haven't gotten a response from them. Its been 3 days.

Even after speaking to someone from headquarters about the problem with the shopping and having to turn in a code between every conversation during the check up at the shopping trip I'm old and it's hard for me to be writing this down and getting all this new real quick step together why do we have to have a code between every minute of a conversation with the one picking up my food that's just a bad habit which are getting into and I don't understand . Have been checking around to find an easier for seniors shop anywhere else .I probably would give them a try since you were doing this practice at five or six if there's more than two different things, your notes and it's horrible. I would appreciate if you change it if not, I'll be trying my best to find somewhere else to do my business thank you.
