This vacuum is like the old black home one, but green. If you know, you know. One of the best vacuums I've owned. I've had 2 of the black vacuums and wore them out. First one bought new, lasted 6 or 7 years!! Second one, I was exstatic to find at a thrift store 4 years ago. It is still working great!! But I broke the upright lock and the carpet hieght adjustment on the second one and looked for a 3rd black one with no luck. This green commercial one is by far the best. It is just like the old great ones, but seems more powerful. It cleans and fluffs the carpet beautifully. very happy.

Best feature is that it is only 12lbs which makes it the lightest weight vacuum of this type. Reasonably quiet with Very good suction %26 easy to glide but u must find the best Height Adjustment on the Dial for different pile carpeting. However as a senior I prefer this as I can choose the most comfortable setting. I bought this to replace a Bissell Bag Style Front which had Automatic Height Adjustment which after 6 months stopped adjusting properly %26 was dragging too low %26 became too hard to push. This model is as good as any Bagged type I have ever used in the last 30 years %26 is the lightest I could find on the market with a 13 in wide cleaning path so I would Highly Recommend.

This vacuum is good for its price. It is mainly plastic construction but it holds up with normal use. The power cable is two pieces (short length attached to the vacuum and a long extension) that is heavy duty and weighs a lot more than standard vacuums.

When set on the low level, this vacuum picked up more than my swifter did on tile and vinyl laminate. Easy to use. I especially like the way the crevice tool stores because now I will use it more. Good on my two rugs, too.

I expected this to be a little more vacuum since it is commercial. The heftiest part of it is the cord. The wheels seem a little cheap and wobbly. I am also having a hard time getting bags which is not making me very happy. It seems they only come in 30 and I don't want to get that many. The sweeper may not last that long. The bag inside says 7 but when I tried one I bought it didn't fit so I guess I will have to order from the company. I hope this will last but my expectations are not very high. The suction is okay but not great.
