this was not what i ordered this seller is showing one item but shipping out another then when u contact then they have the item stopped and sent back to them without letting u know ,so u at home waiting for something your not getting this was very bad business i wont buy from this seller again false Advertising and very dishonest .Highly Unrecommended buying from this seller because u not going to get what u see!

No this did not meet our expectations. It arrived in the mail with the box beat up then after turning it on it didn't make ice. Reached out to the company and they didn't respond for several days, then we did answer their response and they didn't make an effort to make it right. We returned the broken product to our local Walmart and they replaced the money on our credit card. Thank you Walmart!

Pros: Cons: Wouldn't work from the very beginning. got no satisfaction from the company that was supposed to represent the product and they were inconsiderate about the 'hold' time they put me on and not very respectful besides. They ruined my day!!!!!!! Other thoughts: I called Buydig and the problem has been solved so far. I have the return shipping labels and as soon as the holiday is behind us, I will be shipping it to you.

Pros: It does what it says. Makes ice in large(about 2in round) and small (sorry never made those) It is fast for as small as it is but it does the job. Cons: The price it a little high. Little Bigger than i thought. Other thoughts: I bought this for my small camper (16') with limited counter space. But when my ice maker went out i use it in the house when I am not camping. For 1 to 2 people it is great.

Pros: Makes ice fast & efficiently. Machine is quieter than the ice maker in my refrigerator. Amazing amount of ice produced with very little water. Cons: Drain Plug is a pain to remove and I fear will be the first thing that breaks due to pressure of pulling to remove. Care & Cleaning, items 5 & 7 talk about Water Tube Screen but no tube screen identified in Parts Description or anywhere on the machine. Ice is 'wet' when coming out of machine and therefore must be placed in small containers to freeze completely before adding to ice tray in frig freezer. Other thoughts: We live at the beach - with a one-tray ice maker in the freezer - which is noisy and takes almost 2 days of constant running to fill the holding compartment. With the amount of company we have, and picnic/cooler day trips, we were constantly buying ice. No more!
