Trek Trivia Veteran character actor William Schallert has appeared in many films (including "The Man From Planet X"), but is perhaps best known for playing Patty Duke's father on "The Patty Duke Show". William Campbell (Captain Koloth) previously played Trelane, "The Squire Of Gothos". Whit Bissell (Mr. Lurry) is well known to sci-fi fans for playing General Kirk in TV's "The Time Tunnel" and for appearing in the original version of "The Invasion Of The Body Snatchers".
