I was not sure how these dumbbells would work, or if they would work. To be honest, I had never heard of anything like this, was curious to give them a try. Two of my granddaughters have started an exercise program at a local gym. They've been doing this on machines, walking, and swimming. When I showed them these dumbbells, they were excited to give them a try. They went to the gym the next day and used the weights as they swam. They said it really gave them a great workout. They were very tired when they got back. They have been using them three times a week at the swimming pool and said the more they do them, the easier it got. In the last three weeks that they have been using them, they have both lost weight and inches. I went to the gym with them last week, and I can say it does make a big difference using the weights to swim with. I had to do it slowly, but you can feel the difference very quickly. Anyone who is interested in either losing weight or toning their body, needs a pair of these dumbbells. They are easy to use and they dry quickly for easy storage. They would be a great gift for anyone in your family. I highly recommend these for any age group, they are just great.

So I received the Sunlite Sports High-Density EVA-Foam Dumbbell Set - Soft Padded - Water Aerobics, Aqua Therapy, Pool Fitness, Water Exercise - Advanced Size (Blue, Large). So I receive these to use as a work out tall in the pool. They are dumbbells made of foam with easy grip handles. They are an excellent tool to be able to use while you’re doing your work out aerobics in the pool. Not too heavy like I said made of foam but when used underwater feels like actual dumbbells. Just once you were done with them set them out in a cool dry area to dry them out, that way they don’t get damaged in the sunlight. Overall if you can’t do a lot of heavy lifting and have access to a pool I would highly recommend these for a good exercise

These dumbbells are very sturdy, and high quality. The foam material makes them very comfortable to hold and use. Great resistance, and float in the water when not in use. Very easy and convenient to have in the water as a reminder to work out. I really enjoy using these and getting in my workout in the water. I have no doubt these will last for years to come. I highly recommend.

These weight free dumbbells are perfect when you get in the water to provide resistance while moving them in the water for a great workout that's smooth and doesn't jar your body. Also they float in case you let go of one you wont be diving under water to find it. They dry immediately and are easy to travel with because of being weight free

These are well constructed and large. I was expecting them to be heavier though. They do not soak up water so they stay super lightweight. If you're looking for incredibly light, floating dumbells then these will fit the purpose. If you need weight, I wouldn't recommend these.
