Oxy-Cleanse, Oxygen Colon Conditioner, 75 Vegetarian Capsules, Earth's Bounty

I take this product everyday for reasons advertised, and it fits right into my daily regime of Vitamins, Supplements and Herbs! I've been doing business with SWANSON since 1999, because of the quality of it's products, great prices, and customer service, are ***** Excellent

I take Oxy-Cleanse for my own personal reasons, and have for many years! In addition, I can tell you specifically that I have been a loyal customer of SWANSON's since 1999, they rank 99.99% in my book for quality and service, and I would recommend SWANSON's to all!

I like this supplement for energy. I prefer oxygen like this to caffeine for energy. The trick for me was to find the time of day to take this. I currently take 1 capsule at 2 to 4 PM for an energy boost into the evening. I take 1 capsule of Swanson's UMAC marine phytoplankton at around 11 AM for mid-day energy. Taking the Oxy-Cleanse earlier in the day caused a letdown for me, so I think mid to late afternoon is best for the Oxy-Cleanse.

I wanted to take a magnesium peroxide oxygen supplement because I hadn't tried oxygen in a while. I used to take Dr. Donsbach's magnesium peroxide supplement for energy. I needed an energy supplement for the middle of the day. I prefer oxygen to caffeine because caffeine is too stimulating, at least for me. This Oxy-Cleanse was perfect. I take 1 capsule any time between 11 AM to 2 PM or so. It works great into the mid to late afternoon. I may need to take something else in the mid to late afternoon and the new Swanson omega-7 anchovy oil supplement called Provinal seems to be working well in that time slot, but maybe every several days as Provinal seems very powerful. I also take a tablespoon of NOW brand omega-7 unrefined macadamia oil twice per day because it cleaned the fryer's basket of fat deposits when other oils would not.

This product eventually does what it says it will do, but it takes a bit of time...such as have dinner and movement does not happen until the next afternoon. I really hoped for better results. (This is with 4 pills a day, 2 at about 10 a.m. and 2 at night about 10p.m. with LOTS of water). After a month almost I had hoped for better results. But there is eventually movement so I cant complain to much. I did try to drop down to 2 pills a day and all results came to a stand still. So back up to 4 until i find something that may work a bit better for me.
