Great for cleansing your colon - A Good quality product - recommend

I buy a number of Yerba Prima colon, psyllium, fibre caps products, capsules and powder, and when I miss out taking them in small dosages regularly, my bowel isn't quite the same. Help well with regularity especially as I use codeine regularly which lessens bowel motions.

I really urgently needed a product to help with my bowel problems. I did my own research and chose the one that is of very good quality and with excellently selected ingredients. It helps me personally and I am very satisfied. For better results, I always take in the evening on an empty stomach, after at least 3-4 hours have passed since a light dinner.

I bought it because I hoped it would make a noticeable difference, and I can't tell or couldn't tell whether or not it did with any sense of certainty. I sometimes just buy these products in the hopes that there will be a measurable difference. It might be that it takes time. I just don't know.

This product works great for IBS-D. Have heard it's almost more important than taking a good probiotic (Am using one of the best, Avena Proteolytic probiotics). I also take Apple Pectin along with it, making sure I drink enough water after taking it on an empty stomach. (I take it before meals). So far, I just take one/day, along with the apple pectin.
