Thyme & Table Non-Scratch Silicone Tip Food Prep Locking Tongs, 3-Piece Set

well these are very pretty and like a previous comment says they work well for cool temp foods I had my purple one that I used for spaghetti which was cooled down but the spaghetti stained it sadly and I don't really know how to go about getting it off of it so I might just buy a new set because they're really pretty. before you say well duh it's spaghetti the picture has one of them in spaghetti. they're actually my husband's utensils that he got for Christmas so he was kind of sad when I got it spaghetti stained.

This trio of tongues is very pretty and versatile. Although they are stating they are silicone tipped, it actually feels like plastic. However I have the using with heated pots, I have found that it does not melt so I tend to believe them. My only objection is that they are cheaply made. One of the tongs the silicone tip slipped out more than once. So I believe they were not tightened enough. Idaho and generally speaking they are useful and attractive

I own a few different locking tongs but what I like about these are the 3 different types of tongs that are offered. I have used them for pasta, burgers,steak and fries so far. The only drawback with these or any from my experience is they are not made to lift heavier foods like a steak because no matter how hard you close them heavier food slips out of the tongs. I like the loop at the bottom great for space saving if you want to hang them up. The different colors are pretty too. Nice pastel colors. They are great for non stick pots no scratching and they wash up easy. Over all they are a good addition to my kitchen utensils and will get plenty of use.

I have forgotten how handy tongs are! With the silicone coating on these I don't scrape my high dollar teflon skillets. I'm happy because they appear to be heat proof. I fried chicken with them and it didn't hurt them. It was nice to receive the 3 different tongs in this set because each tong does different tasks. I am very pleased to have these! Quality is very nice, they are not flimsy like others I've used and I think they will have a great home in my kitchen for a long time! Very nice.

This is an adorable three pack of pastel colored tongs with a variety of shaped tips. I love how cute they are, and they serve the purpose for light use, but they feel very lightweight and I don’t think they’ll hold up much. But so far I’ve had them for a few weeks and have used them several times, and they are fine. Would def recommend for serving tools at a party or bbq due to their fun colors.
