Nice wood, water proof, holds up well under use. I love these!

I have used plastic cutting boards for many years, living the ease of putting them in the dishwasher and having them be cheap to replace. I definitely think these boards are an upgrade in my cutting surface. The knife glides over the board as I chop and mince. These are easy to clean with a soapy cloth and are thick enough that they dry quickly.

These lovely cutting boards would be great for display or serving trays, but not heavy use cutting boards. They deeply scratched after the first apple I cut and will tear apart very easily, clearly, due to the softness of the wood. Do not recommend for practical use.

I did not order that one ordered it more expensive one because that's what I wanted in my kitchen, instead, they gave me two cheap ones at the same price. I'm not sure what to do with them. I did not want to pay for this item.

I was quite surprised how nice this set was for the price. i like that, although made of wood, they, specifically the larger board, aren't too heavy to handle. This is nice since I store them on top of my refrigerator and wouldn't like to take something heavy down from there. Definitely recommend.
