PROTIEN!!!!!!
First of all, I'd like to include, that mixing this with choice of milk, or water was very easy, and took a decent amount of time.Flavor is rich, and texture is not too grainy. Definitely smooth on the palate, and very much fortified with essential ingredientsfor rapid recovery, and absorbs rather quickly.
I used the vanilla flavor and tried it 2 ways..one was in a smoothie and the other was just water and the powder mixed in a tumbler. The smoothie is the only way I could use it again. The flavor is extremely rich...almost like drinking straight vanilla extract. The smell of the powder is a bit unbearable as well. The powder did not mix well enough with just water...it was quite gritty. Overall the product is decent quality and worth it at the right price....just was not up to par with other brands I have used. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
Tastes good. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
This is a good price for isolate. It tastes good enough, a little chalky and foamy but kind of like a milkshake. You should keep in mind that there is currently a lawsuit against protein powder companies for falsifying actual protein amounts. This product's added amino acids, taurine, glycine etc., can be considered proteins when initially testing but to your body, aren't complete and can't be used in the same way as pure whey. With that being said, some of them are said to be valuable, but the amino acids are ultimately compensating for part of the advertised protein amount. It's perfectly safe and legal as of now, but you should know what you're getting.
