Soft soap refill is convenient and cost effective because you don't have to buy containers each time and less containers in the land fill is a positive to the environment. Soft soap is gentle on my hands and not harsh like some soaps. It moisturizes and give good lather. I recommend this product.
Had I picked out my own items, I wouldn't have picked up the item I received. The bottle was damaged, the top was smashed in, and when I opened it to refill my smaller containers, I lost some of the content. I don't think, the person doing my shopping would have picked up this bottle for her own use. Thank you ! I'm 79 years old, I don't know how to send you a picture; sorry.

I have a lot of trouble with dry skin, excema, and psoriasis on my hands. This soap is the only one I have found that does not irritate my hands. I use it in all of my soap dispensers at home, and even have one at work. I highly recommend this to anyone who has sensitive skin, and dry cracked hands.
I'm very disappointed that the scent has changed in this soap. I have used this soap for years but I won't buy it again. It smells way too strong and the smell is gross. It's also drying out my hands like crazy. Whoever decided to change the formula and the scent made a bad call.
