You can set the timer and control the temperature right in front of you. It's really great. I feel like it helps with my tire feet after a long day. So far it's proven to be durable. When it's on, it has a little pine, sweet fragrance. It is lightweight You can easily carry it, store it. The only problem is, it does not fit big (manly) feet. It worked fine for me, but my husband couldn't stick his feet in it. Well, we improvised and turned it sideways and put one foot at the time in. My husband had bad gout flare up, so this sauna worked like a charm and came at the right time. He couldn't walk, his foot,ankle was swollen and in huge pain. After 2 saunas, 15 minutes each, next day, his foot was like new and was able to walk without pain. Usually he suffers for at least a week.This sauna is great for reducing inflammation and promoting healing. It is good way to detox your body.. It is easy to clean and the material inside is attached with Velcro, so you can remove it and wash it. Very happy with this sauna. Everyone should have one at home.
