Nature’s Bounty Fast Acting Melatonin Sleep Aid Spray, Mild Mint, 100 Oral Sprays

I love this spray. Works fast. The spray allows you to control the dosage so you aren't taking more than you need. Unfortunately the company has discontinued the item. I was told that it was due to poor sales. I wish they had done a better job of marketing this. It was a great product.

It did help me get back to sleep after awhile. I probably could of used more sprays and it would of worked quicker. Overall I am pleased with the product.

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. I use melatonin products often. This spray does work fast as it claims to; faster than other chewable products that I've tried. The box says it is a mild mint flavor but I don't even notice the taste. I usually fall asleep within 15 to 20 minutes of using the spray. I like that I can take more or less depending on what I need that night.

Overall I would say it did work for me and I liked that you could customize the dosage. Normally if I were to wake up in the middle of the night I wouldn't be bothered to take melatonin in tablet/pill form but with the spray I found myself more willing to use it during these times and made falling back asleep much quicker. Only down side that I experienced was the nozzle tends to spray too wide and it is easy to partially miss your mouth. I will definitely be repurchasing this product in the future.

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. I've been using this product for two days so far. The first night I administered two sprays according to the instructions. Although, it did not help me sleep through the night but the spray did make me sleepy. The next night I increased the spray amount to four and the higher dose worked. I got sleepy quicker and stayed asleep for the remainder of the night. I was worried about feeling groggy the next morning but I didn't. I would buy this product again especially since I am familiar the brand and I like that it's a spray. It definitely works quicker than pills. I would recommend keeping this close to your bed just in case you need it in the middle of the night.
