I would make sure you follow the directions. says to take with 8oz of LUKE WARM water. I tried room temp and that’s not warm enough. the warm water is to ensure the oils go all the way down. the warmer the better but not hot. follow that and you’ll be happier with the taste. I had muscle aches and lots of bone crackling. it’s too soon to be certain but it seems better. so I most assuredly recommend.

This black seed oil is one of the good ones. I am extra happy that this has vitamin D and vitamin K in it. I am using this to help with my immune system and so far it has been good. I am able to mix it with my drink and it’s not that bad. If you’re looking for the healthy route, this is it.

Me and my husband like this black seed oil from Guru Nanda. I like that it has added D3 and K2. My husband has stage 4 cancer and has used other black seed oil brands. This black seed oil smells and taste like the other brands that we have tried but I like this one because it comes with a squeeze dropper making it easy to use and there is no need to refrigerate it, another brand we used had to be refrigerated and it made it get a little more thick and harder for my husband to swallow. He had stopped taking black seed oil for around a month until we got this brand and the next day after taking it he felt better and actually asked for more of it. It seems to give him more energy and helps him to feel better and for some reason it makes his food taste better, I don't know why but I also noticed that some foods do taste better after taking it. It says to drink eight ounces of like warm water after you take it and I wish I had as I feel like it would have helped me later to not taste it when I burped. Overall this seems to be a good quality black seed oil with the added plus of vitamin D3 and K2 and helps my husband to feel better with advanced cancer as he is not well enough for any more cancer treatment. We haven't had any negative side effects from taking it and nothing negative showed up in his lab work but if you are here thinking this will help with the actual cancer it will not as his cancer has continued to advance since he's been off treatment, but it does make him feel better and that's a win.

The product did not smell great but I tried it "for my heath". It tasted completely rancid. I was vomiting for hours. Either the oil or the vomiting it caused also induced an asthma attack that required several nebulizer treatments to get over. I only tried a couple of drops which isn't anywhere near the recommended "dose" and it literally destroyed my entire day. If that wasn't bad enough it also had a terrible aftertaste that seemed to persist after brushing.

I've been using GuruNanda Vitamin D3 plus K2 supplement for one week, which isn't really long enough to be able to see or feel a difference in my overall health, but the ingredients are pure and I really like that they also contain essential Omega-3, Omega-6 and Omega-9 fatty acids. The first two days that I tried these liquid drops, I put a dropper full directly on my tongue. The Black Cumin seed oil is very prominent. It has a taste similar to oregano oil. A little strong, but not too bad. I followed it with a few glasses of water. The first two evenings I had some digestive issues which I'm not sure were related to the drops, but it's pretty likely, since this was the only new supplement I've introduced to my diet. So on the third day, I changed it up. I used a half a dropper instead of a full one, and I added it to some orange juice. I also followed this with an 8-oz. glass of water, as indicated in the directions. The stomach issues are gone now and it's much more palatable to me this way. I'm doing this twice a day to get the full benefits. I recommend these drops for anyone needing a powerful D3 supplement. The quality appears to be excellent. I would just recommend beginning with a smaller dosage and working your way up to the full dropper over several days or less.
