Although it is still early to see the results, I would like to share some other observations. The pills are larger than I thought but slimmer. Swallowing them is easy. There is a spicy (to me) smell, however, it was not very strong. Actually, I thought it was less than some other supplements that I used in the past. I prefer to take take the pills after meal. There is no aftertaste nor any stomach discomfort which was a problem with a competitor in the past. Overall, This is a product that is definitely worth a try. There is one issue that prevented 5-stars. The cap is not child-safe. Neither of my other vitamins have safe caps either but I think that is something that I would prefer.
