In this hilarious, offbeat comedy, Chase stars as Max, a stressed, depressed air traffic controller whose irrational jealousy causes his girlfriend (Patti D'arbanville) to leave him. But his life really gets out of control when he has an unexpected run-in with some nuclear waste.
