Neil Med Sinus Rinse is a great product which I have been using for years to help with my allergies and nasal congestion. I was very happy to find it online at Sam's Club. Very easy to order and the shipment came right away. Easy peasy.

This is a good product, priced at a nice bulk discount. I have had chronic sinus problems for decades, and the Neil Med sinus rinse is part of my daily routine. I like that there are 250 packets, so I don't have to buy it as frequently, and it also includes enough new squeeze bottles to be able to replace them regularly. They also include a pressurized can of saline that is nice to keep in the car, or in a bag, etc.
