Nature's Way Kelp Capsules - I love them. I didn't want a pressed, hard tablet and all the binders. This is just a plain cap with plain Kelp. And the new bottle design is SQUARE so it sits on my supplements shelf (slats) better than the rounds. Great flip top too. My favorite Kelp ever.

I think this product is helping me to maintain my weight. After 2 kids in 3 years I saw my picture and decided that I don't want to look like that anymore. I started on carb counting diet. My weight was going down but as soon as I had a day with some more carbs it would shoot up again. I was already taking supplements and found some info about Kelp and iodine. After researching it a little more I decided to try it. I am so glad I did! I take one a day and I see my weight has stabilized. I can eat more different products and my body doesn't react to it like "let's put it to fat storage". I bought multivitamins without iodine and I think I am well covered. I would recommend this product, but if you have problems with thyroid - talk to your doctor first!

I have had this product brand recommended to me and found it was a lot more expensive in your local health food stores. Swanson's have the best prices by far.

This is the first time that I have tried this brand of Kelp and I am super-impressed. I usually use another brand and the pills are very "powdery" and leave a green powder all over everything when you get them out of the bottle. These are capsules and do not get anything on anything. Love them and will continue to buy them from now on.
