Wifi connection to this printer has always been weak however for the last two days it has been non existent. Printer shows strong signal, status as working. When I tried to send to print from my MAC or my Iphone just keeps saying printer not connected. It's driving me crazy, plus I just added new print cartridges!!!!!! Wouldn't buy a brother again!

Within 6 months, this has become a large paper weight. 1. Message "Scan unable AF Turn the power off then back on again" 2. Select the power button 3. Message "Busy try later" with a button with text "Close" 4. Select the "Close" 5. Back to message #1

I have had so much trouble with my printer. It doesn't seem to work wirelessly unless I put in my code each time. I finally contacted Customer Service but was only able to chat online. After 44 minutes on the phone I was told someone would call me. Well I was called but wasn't at home and now am told I can't speak to someone because they called me 3 times. This is so frustrating! I need to speak to a human being!!!!

I bought this a few weeks ago and am really enjoying being able to print multi-page documents on both sides of the page - saves so much paper! I also love printing from my phone since I work from it so much. Two thumbs up!

Does a very good job for the money, it was recommended by a "Tech Expert" claiming that it was more than the average person needed and it had the lowest cost ink... I agree..
