My first smart phone so really nothing to compare it with. I am pleased with it and now it's a case of smart phone dumb owner. Once I figure out how to use all the features we'll get along better. The first part of the learning curve was simply how to answer a call. LOL
This is my first "Smart Phone". I have had it for over a week and still NO web service. After speaking to 2 customer service reps, 2 Tech Support AND a Tech Support supervisor, I am still waiting for the "tower to be investigated" since it will not allow a signal to get to my phone in and around my home. I was told by the supervisor that she is putting in a request for the tower to be looked into and it would "help speed things up" if I called every day to complain about it! What in the world???!!!??? I am so ready to return it for a refund and go back to my simple little "GoPhone".
This is only my second smart phone, at the price i got this phone. It was a steal. It's so much better than my first. The battery holds a great charge and it's a pleasure to use.
I've had the phone for a little over a week, and I absolutely love it! It's a big upgrade from my old phone, so it's still taking some getting used to. The processor is quick, the screen is bright, and the camera takes excellent pictures! If you're not wanting to spend an arm and a leg on a phone, but still want an awesome phone, this one is for you!
It is hard to review something after having it so short a time, but it is extremely user friendly and has all of the features that I need. This is the first phone I have had in a long time that didn't need to be recharged for a week! And then, the battery was at 43%, so it didn't need to be charged. The camera is a better one than in my previous phone and it is incredibly easy to share pictures as well as.
