I have loved this phone for 3 years until recently it seemed to slow down, overheat and malfunction when trying to do basic things. The good news is I'll have my Note 8 soon - the bad news is I'm leaving a phone that has been known as ol reliable until 2 months ago. Sad-but happy user!

Okay. A little back story on how I got interested in the Note Series. Skip the first section if you want. Originally way back when I was looking for a phone I saw the Note 3, loved it! It had so much and it got me hooked, really wanted it but could never afford it. So as the year passed I saw the Note 4, it really caught my eye with the Metal frame and the beautiful UHD Super AMOLED Display and many other features. I really wanted to get it for the longest time but still, could never afford it, and so on. The Note 5 came out, it was again beautiful! Loved it's design overall however I did still prefer some of the features the Note 4 had but I could still not afford it. And as that year passes, I was finally able to get a phone (owned the Tab Pro 8.4 before it so had an idea of the Note 4 in a way), so I ordered it. Ended up getting the Note Edge (another story), sent it back and a month later finally got my money back to order the Note 4 (used but whatever), did and got it about a week or 2 later. Now what I think about it. It is definitely a great phone, still in late 2016 compares with a lot of the High End Smartphones that are out now. Yes, not as powerful of cores but gets the job done very well. Love it's metal frame, replaceable battery, amazing display, good amount of storage, great camera, S Pen features, and even Heart rate monitor, all around still one of the best. Yes mine was used, has a slight screen burn to it, minut bend in the center, medium scratches/scuffs/dents, battery used quite a bit (I can tell, dies faster then normal, need to buy a new real battery), and But I enjoy it still! I do rate it very high! However one day if soon enough would love to up to the Note 7, or if longer then maybe Note 8, or Note 9. My probles? Now one thing I can't really figure out is which Processor, GPU, and Network it has. I don't have the U.S Cellular or any carrier specific version, I have the LTEA-X3 International Version (with the added Asian software stuff) and whenever I look up specs it tells me it's one or the other, Snapdragon/Adreno or the Exynos/ARM. But I think I have the Exynos/ARM version. Look up my model number and everything but get mixed views. Now with my Network! I get 3G all the time, what do I do to get 4G LTE like my phone says? Is there a setting I need to change or what? Or does my version even have 4G like I think it's supposed to? Do need some help on that, more in to the hardware/software side then the Network side. As of now I have T-Mobile 4G.

I have had My note•4 for over a year and it is overall a great device to own . Notes are much easier to take with it having the pen , however the s*pen falls out easily. The screen size is nice, but the phone is big ( can be difficult if you have small hands like me ).

I used to own the Note 2 and many other Samsung phones but this is my everything. I love this phone like it just does everything you need and more. Plus the fast adapter is so convenient that I never have a problem with battery lost unless I forget to charge it after a day or so. My next phone will be something from another company because I need a change been using Samsung for 8 years now. However I am so scared to leave my Samsung family you can do anything you want on this phone from free music to free apps. If I am the slightest disappointed I will go back to my Sam family for sure.

I have not had any real issues with this phone. It has many features that will fit into anyone's wants and needs. Couldn't be happier to be back from an iphone to the android, especially having the note 4. Absolute must have for someone who has a busy and eventful life, you will have no excuse not to stay organized.
