Rhodes Frozen Cinnamon Rolls with Cream Cheese Frosting, 12-Count, 36.6 oz Bag

My family loves these! I love that I don't have to bother with the making of the dough and rolling them out. I just pop them in a sheet with parchment paper, cover and rise! The ingredients aren't weird and they truly taste like homemade. I like keeping these on hand for a nice breakfast. I prep them the day before and then the warm them in the morning. You can do them in a cake pan for pull apart or a baking sheet for larger rolls. The cinnamon smell is wonderful and the filling is just right.

My husband placed these on a cookie sheet and put them in the refrigerator overnight to start rising. The next morning he placed them near the fireplace to continue rising. He made them to take to our Sunday School class for breakfast. Everyone commented on how soft and good they were. They were not hard.

Very tasty! Easy to follow instructions and prepare. I like the ease of pulling them out of the freezer and using only as many as I need. I served them to guests and they asked if they were homemade. My only recommendation would be to put an additional icing packet in the bag.

The rolls are great. I put them in an aluminum pan in our sunroom near the windows. I let them thaw and rise for about 4-6 hours. The cinnamon smell while they rise is wonderful. I let them rise until they are 3 times their original size. Then I bake as instructed. I make them for church coffee time and potlucks. Of course, I make them for my wife and me for breakfast.

OMG these are so good! The wonderful smell when they are baking fills the house and makes your mouth water. Yum so tasty and delicious. I have baked all kinds of breads and rolls from scratch throughout my life, and now that I'm retired I really appreciate products like this. Since it's just my DH %26 I at home now I split the package and only bake 4 at a time in a square glass pan (leave the rest in the bag in the freezer, so each bag is 3 different times to enjoy them = 3 times x 4 rolls each time for the 12 rolls in the bag). There was a learning curve for me as far as rising them, but I know now what works for me. The only thing I could recommend is that I wish Rhodes would add one more icing packet to the bag. Love that icing too!
