They are easily swallowed and help soothe occasional discomfort. They are at a great price point for everyone to afford. Helps soothe gassy bellies as well. Align is doctor recommended so I know it is ok for me to take!

I have felt good while taking this product (I was concerned that it might be unsettling to my stomach, but this was not the case for me). I also particularly like the inner packaging, where each capsule has a day of the week beside it to help you make sure you don't accidentally take a double dose or to show you if you forgot a day. I'm very pleased with this product!
