We haven't noticed any improvement in our digestive health but not saying it wouldn't work for others. I was really hoping it would be an improvement for at least one of us. I like that it's an all natural produc, made from organic whole foods. There are no artificial flavors or fillers and it's also dairy free. It is a fairly large pill so you need plenty of fluid to wash it down. I would recommend this because it's made of all natural healthy foods and I feel it would help most people.

The whole food blend is a great addition to my regimen, and I appreciate having a quality probiotic available at a decent price. Align is a great go-to brand for an array of products like this. I'm a newbie to probiotics. I'm so glad I made the change in my routine.
