I use this for the flight simulators and is has done wonders. This is one of the best joysticks out there. My dorm room desk is small and even though that joy stick has fallen off my desk numerous times it still works as good as the day it came out of the box.

The joystick overall is ok. But for MS Flightsim, which is what I bought it for, it is not so good. For instance, it has no rudder control. The throttle control is very sensitive and difficult to control. The dead zone on the stick is nearly non-existent which makes flying hard, especially during landing. The so-called hat switch is not recognized by MS Flightsim 2004 or X. I regret having bought the joystick and do not recomend it to other flight enthusiasts.

Overall it's great. Windows 7 picked it up as soon as I plugged it in and I've played around with Flight Simulator X and Bad Company 2. The only downside to this joystick is the lack of a POV hat on top, but you get what you pay for and this was a great deal.

This is an excellent product for the price. This joystick DOES NOT have a yaw axis, but the two buttons on the stick work satisfactorily for this function as a battlefield 2 joystick. It seems to have a solid construction for an extended product life. I would recommend this product.

I bought this as a gift for my dad to play with the Professional Version of Flight SImulator 2002 and he loves it, plays every night. He's a private pilot but is unable to fly due to health issues, this gives him something to do while still satisfying his passion for flying.
