CAP Barbell Solid PVC Mat for Treadmill (3' X 6.5-Feet)

I purchased this mat for my indoor bike trainer to be place over my hardwood floor. After taking the mat out of the box it didn't look as though it would do the job of keeping both the trainer and bike stationary only because it seemed too thin. But after having used it a number of times with the weight of the trainer, bike and myself, the floor has not sustained any damage and the mat actually stays in place. The mat is more than long enough for both the bike and trainer and cushioned enough that there is no damage to the floor. No sliding or marks from the material of the mat either. It's a decent product at a great price, that works well for me. Great to use for those cold winter months if you want to keep up your spinning.

Purchased this product for my wife's treadmill. It is of good quality. It protects the carpet.
