• HEAVY-DUTY- 2 solid steel collars meant for use with Olympic weight lifting bars. Perfect for intense strength training, such as powerlifting and weight lifting. • SECURE- 2.5” collar constructed from chrome plated solid steel, designed to securely grip the bar and to hold weights in place to prevent shifting when exercising. Simply twist the pin in the center of the collar to tighten. • CHAIN LOCKING PINS- Solid steel pin runs through bottom of collar and is easily removed to add chains. Steel chains can also be added for increased resistance, time under tension, and workout intensity. • UNIQUE STRENGTH TRAINING- Can be used with chains to increase concentric resistance of dynamic movements such as squats, bench press, and deadlifts when lifted off the floor and decrease resistance when lowered. • ADDITIONAL- Sold as a pair.
