This product is very comfortable. We couldn't wait to put it together. The different settings makes this something everyone can use after a long day of work, play or whatever the case may be. I rate this item 4 stars. And the price wasn't bad either.
Beware. The "massage" is only by vibration; there are no massaging knuckles. Quality of product is poor, it practically falls apart during assembly: the ziplocks and the fabric tears itself.
Bought this chair when it was on sale for $80. Good buy at that price, wouldn't buy it for the $146 normal price. It meets my expectations for a cheap chair, being actually fairly comfortable. The one real noticable shortage I see is that the heat only comes from one motor area. Would be better if the chair was heated at more of the 8 motor spots.
I am so glad I ordered this product. In fact, I bought 2 and now wish I had bought a third for my sister. We both have osteoporosis and osteoarthritis and when she came to my house and tried mine, she wanted to ordered one for herself. Unfortunately, the price went up. As soon as it goes on sale again, she will buy one.
Very comfortable chair. Well worth the money it cost and with free shipping to my closest store it was a bargain. This chair replaced a futon I had in my media room. Now there I enjoy a much better sitting position and a relaxing massage with heat if I want it. Only thing is I wished the ottoman piece were higher for an almost antigravity sitting position... but I did find the perfect solution for it, just placed a 1.5" styrofoam board under the base of the ottoman and now it's perfect. Quite enjoyable now that the cold winter nights are upon us.
