Wasted $ on this Does nothing for you Don't waste your money

This has helped me keep calm but it didn't help me sleep and for some reason it made me sweat and have an upset stomach idk if it's because I'm taking my regular medication at the same time or not?

I've been having some trouble sleeping related to hormones, which is a crapshoot. I used melatonin for a couple weeks, which worked for a while but eventually stopped. I found this and thought I'd give it a try. It doesn't help me FALL asleep, but it makes me sleep deeper because for the first time in months I've been having dreams again. I've been taking it for about two weeks. I take it around supper time, but it doesn't say what time you should take it (unlike melatonin, which you have to take close to bedtime).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Myself and my husband tried these OLLY plant powered rest capsules several times with absolutely zero noticeable results. I am more normal with how medicines effect me, but my husband is very sensitive to all medications. He has been having trouble sleeping, so we thought these might be a gentler alternative to a sleeping pill, since those knock him out for the whole night and he's a zombie the next day. These OLLY capsules did nothing. I tried them too just to see and they did nothing for me either. I would have liked for my 13 year old son to try them, but unfortunately, the capsules are too large for him to swallow.
