We love LMNT. It's the only one that actually provides an amount of electrolytes that does you any good. I love all the flavors. Raspberry is my favorite. I even use the unflavored when I'm doing a zero carb day. It keeps us Jiu Jitsu guys rolling strong till the end with no cramping from grips and no more light headedness from sweating so much with salt and electrolytes being replaced immediately throughout the training session.

On Rehab 14, we use LMNT to help our crews stay hydrated and energized while working long hours on the Fireline. It's a simple powder we mix into water that gives them what they need to recover fast—especially after sweating hard in their gear. We've found it works better than regular sports drinks, and the firefighters actually like the taste. When they come off the line, LMNT helps them bounce back quicker so they're ready to go again if needed.

Chose the unflavored as I dislike the taste of stevia and very happy with the taste of this product! Just enough salty flavor to make the water more refreshing. I look forward to pouring LMNT into my water bottle and make sure I have some with me everywhere I go!

The box of LMNT packets I received appeared to be hit with some kind of moisture as every packet in the box had nothing but clumpy material in them. I could hardly get anything out of the packet and what did come out did not mix with the water. It was a total waste of money. Spend a bit more and get it from a reputable store specializing in supplements.
