When my eyes get so dry that they feel gritty, this is the only product that relieves them. Equate must have stopped making them, because not available on line or in the store. There is no product that uses the same active ingredients--I've looked!
You know the eye drops are fine but the problem is you can hardly ever find them...they are habitually out of stock.
I prefer the "Gentle" Formula that has been discontinued. Price-wise it is good in comparison with the "name" brands.
My eyes were so dry that as I opened my eyes in the morning my eye lids would scratch my eyes. My Ophthalmologist recommended a list of numerous name brand products for me to try. Looking for the best product at the best price out all gel drops available, I decided to try the Equate Lubricant Gel Drops. They perform as well as the best of any brand name product in providing dry eye relief.
