Loved the old bottles with the twisted design and hate the new design. I never had a problem with the cap so it is strange to see so many complaints. However, in the past year or so, you went from 100% Natural (No preservatives, No Artificial Colors, No Artificial Flavors) to artificial EVERYTHING! What give. I only drink the Diet Citrus Green Tea but when you switched from natural to fake, I've noticed a taste change. Bring back the 100% Natural so your customers can enjoy healthy living!
The label clearly states it's containers artificial sweeteners such as aspartame and acesulfame but fails to show the level or amount contained in each bottle. The FDA recommends Aspartame 50mg/kg bw/day & Acesulfame-K 15mg/kg bw/day. Do you exceed those recommendations in each bottle?
I love Lipton Diet Green Tea Citrus flavor. I drink it everyday. Only problem is I have a hard time opening them. If my husband isn't home I can't drink one until he gets home. He has a hard time opening them too. It usually takes him a few minutes to get it open.
The tea is delicious and I purchased it for a couple of years. Now, almost every time I purchase it, it is impossible to twist the lid off. Several of my friends have said they stopped buying for this reason. I'm rating it poor on taste and satisfaction because I can't taste it if I cannot open it and I keep losing money by purchasing it. This will be my last!!!!!
My entire family used to love these refreshing teas, but for a long while now, they have been impossible to open! We have resorted to using rubber gloves, pliers, knives, even the workbench vice grip in an effort to enjoy these drinks but no more! We are taking our bruised and bloodied hands and wrapping them around Snapple teas until we hear that Lipton has fixed this problem...I am sad but they're just not worth the pain and frustration.
