Zero Technologies ZD-010 10 Cup Pitcher

This is my first time using a water filter pitcher. The pitcher is designed nicely with a spigot on the handle side which makes it convenient. The pitcher did not come with very explicit documentation regarding using the tester. When I test the Zero filtered water the reading is within a few points of the water from my faucet provided directly from City water supply. The reading for the Zero filtered water has never been close to zero.

I'm conflicted on how I feel about this product. We previously had an RO system which was amazing. When we moved to an apartment I needed something in the interim to get us by. The water tasted ok for about a month before the smell and taste was absolutely horrible (worse than the tap water). Upon contacting the company online I got a copy and pasted email from the FAQ on the website. When I called to speak with someone I was told it only filters about 9 gallons and I needed to buy a new filter. I really expected it to last more than a month for 1 adult and 2 children. The quality of the pitcher could use some work also. I'm going to try another filter and hope we have better results if not I'm going to call it a loss and move to another system.

This is an amazing experience with ZeroWater! I have never tasted water that was as clear and refreshing as this. I love water! I do want the price of these filters to be less. I seem to go through them quite quickly. But they are a must. I always want this quality experience of WATER! I have the 40 cup Glass dispenser (Perfect!). And, I have the 10 cup Pitcher (Good, but needs a better lid).

These water pitchers are made of a brittle plastic that cracks easily. I recommend that either a stronger or more pliable plastic be considered. This pitcher is easy to use and maintain and at 10 cups, it holds a good amount of water. The dispenser is a nice feature as well.

No regrets when you purchase this. There isre 2 ways to pour water into the glass. You either use the spout which I really like using and the pour it yourself by holding the handle. The water is so clear and fresh as you have a nice glass of cold refreshing water.
