Fisher-Price GeoTrax Transportation System GeoAir Airport

I bought this for my 2 year old who has/does play with it some (it's been two days since he got it for Christmas). I think I was more excited than he was - and I really thought it would turn out to be his best present. It's not. He plays with it some - but it's just not enough to hold his attention for any length of time. All there is to do is watch the airplanes (yes we bought an extra) go around on the track. It's nice - but not $40 nice ($60 if you count the extra plane) and I'm very disappointed. We bought the bridge expansion kit to go with it - but instead of opening that - it's going back so we can purchase something else instead.

A year ago we bought the GeoTrax set up and our Grandkids loved it. This year Santa brought the whole GeoAir and this is the top play toy at their house. It has become a whole area of the playroom. Our 5 year old can easily attach the planes to the track and opperate the system. Grandpa loves to "get assigned" an airplane and join in the fun. I think I am as addicted as the kids and love adding to the system. I keep a additional set up at our house too. Next up - the barn for the bi-plane adventures! Keep up the good work!!!

I bought this for my nephew, along with the High Flyin bridge, and must say these pieces are just not in the same league with the many other pieces I have bought him. The biggest issue is that the track itself is very limp, and does not hold the weight of the planes well enought to combine the two together and run above the track. The concept is great, so I hope you will create some stiffer track, perhaps with some supporting elements and sell them as expansion pieces.

My sons, ages 2 & 6 received the entire GeoAir set for Christmas. We have this piece hooked to the barn and bridge pieces. I don't think that this toy would be too great by itself though. I think that you need the 2 expansion pieces so that the planes have plenty of room to travel. I also thought that the planes would travel faster than they do, but my boys seem to love the set. Overall a good toy.

My son loves the new addition to his Train. In fact he sleeps with his little plane at night. He is almost three and for a little guy he is really into imaginary play. Great value because you can put it all away for a few months bring it back and it like it is all new again...and it should last for years to come.
