I am only reviewing the unsalted butter because that is what I bought. I bought this for baking and it met my expectations for a higher quality butter like Kerrygold for fat v water content but the flavor of the product was lacking as compared Kerrygold or even Tillamook's high end unsalted butter. If you are making croissants, or something else where the flavor of the butter is going to make a big difference in the end product (even with mashed potatoes) try a higher end product.

Wow this butter was absolutely delicious. I used it to make chocolate chip cookies and buttermilk biscuits. The cookies tasted amazing and the biscuits were incredible. The creamiest butter I’ve ever tasted. I’ve bought other Land O Lakes butter and it has never let me down. It’s the best butter on the market. Go buy it, you’ll be glad you did.
