I've only had these tires for roughly a year and driven between 15K to 20K miles or so. I must say, I'm quite impressed with the overall performance of these tires. At this point they're almost bald but that is mainly my fault, everyday I drive the car hard to continue exceeding my driving pleasure. When brand new Dry and Wet traction is flawless, at it's current state I just started slipping a bit under throttle on tight turns @ 40MPH. These tires are monstrous and with the sort of wear they have are still holding up to my abuse. Granted if I have driven softer from the beginning they would probably get to the 30K warranty life span, but come on, Max performance summer tires and you're not going to go all out on them? I'd recommend these tires to anyone willing to push their car's to the limit... recommended you do a lot of suspension work to help them perform as intended. They can be uses for back trails and autoX they can certain to those events with ease, no doubt. I know I put that I would recommend but only for spirited drivers with the knowledge that these tires will not last, these are just for fun and to assure maximum traction until their "death" other than that loook into A/S for longevity .

This is the second set for me, not a bad value, and not excellent. Good handling and road wear, especially in dry conditions. Also very quiet tires. Do not bite well on wet roads and often tires will break pavement and spin when accelerating from a stop on wet roads

I used to buy these for my S4 while I was a broke college student because they were cheap. I've never gotten more than 15k miles out of a set. All 3 sets I've had cup in the center, no matter what tire pressure I ran. The centers wear out well before the sides of the tire. I've switched to pilot sports

After flying through a complete set of Pirelli P-Zeros on my Ecoboost Mustang (in 10k miles), I got these ExtremeContact DWs for dirt cheap! They were probably 75-100$ cheaper per corner than replacement P-Zeros or Pilots, with great reviews on TireRack. Much to my excitement they offered about 90-95% of the roadholding of my former P-Zeros, while maintaining a much higher longevity and much improved wet surface traction. After 10k miles, the Continentals were still going strong, with plenty of life remaining. Great tires!

Where I live in Ca there's no snow but periodic rain in winter. The little Z3 is always a little tail happy but had real problems in the rain. These Conti's transformed the severe wet weather performance to almost summer level of tracking. A huge improvement.
