Microsoft Xbox One Chat Headset, S5V-00001

I bought this over a year ago and then a couple of months the wire busted. Now every single time I go to use it I have to bend the wire and put a bobby pin on it to make my mic work. By the way, it takes at least half an hour to make it work!!! I would just go and buy an expensive one that will last you longer

I bought this headset and have been using it off and on but now it doesn't seem to work.

My son started playing online a few months ago and finally had a reason to break out his headset. He's now having the same issue as many other people have had. After a couple of months of use, the thing stops working. He can hear his friends but they can't hear him. Do not buy!

Very disappointed with this product. Used just over a month it broken, other party's cannot hear you. Call Microsoft support get though all the troubleshooting found out it is the hardware problem but it only comes with 30 days warranty. Peoples don't buy this product.

Lasts 3-4 months ,it's junk
