Ensure Compact Vanilla 4pk

I am new to ensure although I have been on other types of supplement drinks due to a severe eating disorder. I have gone for vanilla flavour which tastes really good and love that they do a compact size as liquids do fill me up. This is perfect for me as I don’t like food hence my problems and this is giving me a good fighting chance. I’ve only been on them a few weeks and already feel part human again. Thank you ensure x

I am not a morning person, so this is the perfect grab and go meal. I am actually more likely to eat a meal if I can drink it or eat t with a spoon. Don’t ask me why because I don’t know. Anyway this was really good and Ensure has other options which allows you to keenup your weight, which is great. They also have light options for those who want to stay at their weight.
