[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm someone who's tummy gets gassy and acidic quickly. These tablets help with acidity but not with a gassy tummy. It tastes like fizzy unsweetened lime soda and that's another thing that puts me off (I've never been a fan of such sodas). Coming to the effectiveness of the tablet for me, it did reduce some of the acidity and heartburn but did not make it go away completely. Because it wasn't as effective as I would like, I wouldn't buy this again for myself.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the new alka-seltzer lemon lime heartburn relief. I enjoy drink forms of medications, so I was looking forward to this! I don't like the taste. There's a bit of citrus in there but otherwise tastes weird. The first time I tried it, it didn't do anything for my heartburn. It made it feel worse, actually. The second time, it helped with my digestion and did improve my heartburn after about 15 mins. I think they're worth checking out especially if you prefer drinks to chewable tablets!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm picky with flavored water but I didn't mind this at all! It had enough flavor and wasn't really an artificial sugar taste to it! It did have a sort of salty taste if you drank it slow. It helped my stomach a little but not a huge amount
