[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't doubt the efficacy of this product but it's simply not for me. I hate fizz and just usually want straight water when I'm not feeling well. I like that it's easy to get a hold of but for me, I'll stick the OTC version of Prilosec or other easy chew/swallow items.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was surprised how quickly these tabs worked to reduce heartburn - I get mild heartburn (from food and medications) and usually just power through it but these tabs were so helpful! I carry them in my purse now and will definitely keep them in the medicine cabinet. You get the classic plop-plop fizz experience including fast relief and (the only thing I didn't care for) that unmistakable Alka seltzer flavor. Overall I really enjoyed this product and recommend for mild heartburn relief.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a hard time with the dissolving tablets. I feel like I can't ever get it dissolved all the way and then I'm left with chalky water. I can't handle the way it feels in my mouth. I mean it works, it gets the job done, but it isn't worth setting off my gag reflex.
