[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used them when I got heart burn after eating spicy food. They worked very quick, within 15 mins. This one has 3 ingredients comparing to regular ones which has 2 ingredients. I would recommend it for a quick relief of heart burn.

I probably Could have tried a little harder, but why do it when I don't enjoy the flavor? It was like flat sparkling water and left a weird after taste. It's a no go for me

I've tried alka seltzer (I guess the original?) before and didn't enjoy the experience or find it very effective. It's probably been 15 years since I've even tried it. But I love this particular product (Gold) now that I'm in my thirties! I can't speak to its use for anything really severe, but I tried this out a couple times after just eating too much or eating something that made me not feel good and both times it seemed to make me feel better quickly and easily! Also love that they're individually packaged and can hang out in my purse. Apparently a necessity as I age!
