Alka-Seltzer Heartburn + Gas Relief Chewable Tablets, Tropical Punch, 54 ea (Pack of 2)

I had a meal that was unexpectedly spicy and greasy. Although I only ate a few spoonfuls hoping it wasn't enough to upset my stomach I was wrong. A soon as I left the restaurant I started feeling sick and burping a lot so i went to the drugstore and found these. I took two and was within 15 minutes from my house. I felt f much better before I even made it home . I'll keep these in my purse at all times they're really effective!!!

These taste so good that I have to remind myself that they are heartburn chews. They work too. I have severe stomach issues. These help me when my PPI's just can't touch lemonade. I am deducting 1 star for the lack of nutrition information. Why is it so hard to find?

I love these. I'm missing a colon, part of my stomach and a piece of my small intestine. I'm waiting on a transplant, but until then this is the only this that somewhat gives me relief with my gut acid. They taste good, are super chewy and some of my favorites

Works but not very quickly- to be honest just a tsp of baking soda in a shot glass of water works far quicker and better in my opinion. Does help with gas from indigestion though. Overall good on the go but if I'm at home plain baking soda is my go to.

So fast acting and I love that it helps with the bloating feeling as well. Between my husband and I, some one is using these every day and they are the best. Easy to chew, super fast acting and very convenient. I will continue to buy this product and keep it stocked in my house.
