Soluble Fiber Formula

This is a blend of fibers in powder form. I switched over to powder since the capsules I was taking were making me feel like I was going to choke on them at times. If you mix this and drink it down quickly, it's not too bad. A simple and easy way to get your soluble fiber.

I have been taken whole psyllium husks for years. Somehow, during the worldwide shortage of psyllium, I noticed this product, which is made of psyllium, but in a powder form, and contains some other ingredients. I purchased it, tried it and am quite happy with it. Not as a constant substitute to whole psyllium husks, but as an occasional alternative.

Very easy to use and the powder is nice and fine. Have tried it in my coffee/tea but it does leave a thick substance at the bottom of the cup. This Yerba Prima Soluble Fiber is best used with soups, cereals, sauces etc. Its quite tasteless so can be mixed in with anything.

I like this formula for supplementing fiber. I often add it to smoothies. It gives a nice thickness without any flavor. Its works very gently and doesn't cause any gas or bloating.
