I was a little sceptical at first considering these are refurbished but I took a chance and my boyfriend loves them they work as if they're brand new

I can't believe I spent all that money and my headphones are not loud. I'm not sure if it is because they are refurbished but they are not loud. 'And the bass is not strong.

After 10 minutes of use, the power button stopped working. Now we are hoping for a quick return to Walmart.

Received these and they were very dirty. Dirty on the ears and head part. VERY DISAPPOINTED.. Even came with a card that said they are fully inspected, quality tested, and restored to the highest quality. Too dirty to place on my ears to see the quality. Wish I could add more than 2 photos of all of the dirt in them so I made a collage in stead.
