This is not just caramel and chocolate - it has peanuts and peanut flour in the product! I am allergic to peanuts, and peanut flour. I am disgusted that it was not listed on the front of the packaging.The white writing on the box is hard to read, just fyi!

This was the worst protein bar or food in general that I have ever had. Maybe mine sustained some form of damage during manufacturing that caused its taste to be inedible. I don't know. I threw out the other seven bars. I don't even have the money to be literally throwing out food. The chemical taste was too much for me. I hope it was just my batch and no one else ends up with bars that awful.

This flavor is the best one in my opinion! So good %26 taste like a candy bar. Pro tip: put one in the microwave for 10 - 15 seconds! Would go great melted with some vanilla ice cream. I will have these as an after dinner dessert. The reason I only gave it four stars is because I've received a few boxes in the past that weren't good. Sometimes they're really hard %26 the chocolate coating is dried out. Most of the time this isn't the case but i stopped buying these for a little while as I received a few boxes in a row that were terrible quality.

They taste good for protein bars, but I advise against having them shipped in summer heat. Ordered for shipment in June. Packaging didn't include heat protection (cool packs) to keep the chocolate from melting, although that level of shipment care is typical from other sources during the summer. The bars arrived hot, soft, and partially melted. Even after cooling, they are deformed (flattened) and sticking in the folds of the wrappers, chocolate bits falling off everywhere—a big sticky mess!

OMG these are by far the best tasting protein bars on the market and I have tried every one of them. If you like Adkins great then you'll eat lots of calories with very little protein in comparison to Pure Protein. Grant you there are some drawbacks chemicals are added but what product is there on the market that doesn't have chemicals added...check it out. One bar which stands out in my mind is the Think bar. I call it the stink bar, nothing like having cardboard to chew on. Anyway I'm glad for the people, who don't like Chocolate Salted Carmel bar, because it means more for me.
