This soap leaves your skin so soft and hydrated that you don't even need to use cream. Right now, my hands are suffering from dryness and the itching is quite intense, but after washing my hands with Olay soap, I noticed that the itching decreased quite a bit. I won't say it miraculously cured me, but the difference was very noticeable.
